Pond Hills Head Chef Marcello has traveled around the world cooking and has ended up at this awesome spot to share with you his skills without restriction! While we chatted he perfectly cooked our pizzas in the handmade woodfire grill. He was born in Geneva, Switzerland, but spend most of his life in Michigan. He was formally trained in the culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America in New york and has worked in several prestigious restaurants in Italy, Chicago, New York City and Detroit, MI. We didn't have a chance to meet Chef Kayla but heard she is wonderful too!

Pond Hill Farms is mostly known for their woodfired pizzas! We have had pizza like this in many areas in the US and even Italy... this is the best yet! They have put together the perfect combinations of toppings to make each pizza delicious.

They actually grow the grapes right on Pond Hill Farms Property! The 2017 Barrel Reserve Regatta was my personal favorite and the 2018 Pond Hill Red was voted "2020 Traverse Magazine Best of the Northwest." If you get a chance try a tasting of each!
We were also blown away to find that they brew their own craft beers. We just had a try a flight! Our favorites:)
