Entertained Kids while traveling

in FLYING TIPS

*Surprise bags: Before your trip fill multiple brown paper bags with new surprise items (ideas: snack, treat, small game, coloring item, small new toy). Each half an hour (or hour) of travel take out a new bag! Their goal is to enjoy each item during that half an hour or hour to be able and open another bag- works like a charm! - @thirdcoasttribe

*Bingo: make a bingo game to find certain set of things on the trail and mark them off! - @rewild_mama

*We do little races along the way and try to have destinations throughout to stop and play. Works well a lot of the time! @outandbackwithkids

* Empty coffee creamer container filled with craft puff balls and pipe cleaner. Quiet fun activity! - @tlovesr

*Always friends or cousins (especially as they get older) and Oreos at the half-way point! - @wanderingfamilies

*Be FLEXIBLE. With or without kids, be flexible. - @tavaadventures

*Take a couple of toys that are brand new to them and also paper and coloring supplies. It entertains them for a while :) - @kikassadventures

*Snacks... snacks, and LOTS of snacks. - @fromthestates

Hope this helps! Share your ideas below!
