If you're seeking a more rustic experience, the park has backcountry campsites accessible by hiking or canoeing. TIP: There are free circles tot his Park. The circle closest to the lake is smaller campsites but some have beach access. The circle in the middle has very wooded larger campsites and the last is closer to the park (making it nice if you have kids but a lot of foot traffic). Our favorite is the middle circle with larger campsites and we still care close to the beach or the park!
