                  Ireland

Lodging: We started out in Dublin checking out the most unique town we had ever been in. We stayed in the an amazing Hostel called The Generator Hostel. It check all of the boxes for us - place to sleep a bit, have a drink and listen to locals playing Irish music in the common area (and we even had a bathroom we could lock, I know spoiled). I may or may not have blown a circuit using my hair dryer EVEN with a protector the first day in Europe. Americans these days! :)

                  Trim, Irland:

This is the coolest historical town called "Trim." You will find many large structures with amazing history! If you like tours here are some great ones.

                  County Meath -

Read about County Meath here! You can walk around and get up close without any charge. Trim Castle -

This amazing castle is full of history. See more info here! It was free when we went but looks like there may be tickets now for 2 ero.

St. Mary Castle - St. Patrick is known to have began this church. Go walk around and take in the amazing architecture! See more info here.

Dublin was one of those cities you could walk around in for hours, and yes get very lost in! We made our way over the first evening to: The Brazen Head -

The oldest pub in Ireland was everything we expected and more! Not sure if you should call pubs cute but I'm going to - it was so cute! We had the most amazing beer and cider and the food was delicious! Be sure and call ahead of time if you have more than 10 or you will never get in. Also, just for the record I saved it by going up in flames- the candle wick was melting over almost caught the wooden mantel on fire... I blew it out and saved the day. No one knows to this day of my victory :)
