So we are not pro's at flying but we have flown a LOT! Remy just wrapped up her 36th flight at 4 years old... so we prolly have at least a couple nuggets of info to share :) Lets chat airlines: Southwest : This is not a budget airline... but it's the best! We have yet to have a really bad experience. They spoil your kids, you get drink coupons, you have SO much luggage possibilities, they never question your type of luggage (hiking baby carriers/strollers/skis/etc.). Also, if you start getting credit card points you can build it up to get free flights. We have done many flights this way to save! At one point they started handing out free gear to passengers just for having random items in their pockets (such as the oldest coin). If you can find a good deal or can handle the not so bad prices, you will love Southewest! #NotAnAdd !!! Allegiant: The budget airline that gets us around! I have to say for all the $#%& this airline gets they get ya there... and safe! Yes, you have to be very careful with extra costs added on and pay 2 bucks a coke while in flight.. but the overall benefits are hard to beat! This has been our main transportation for many flights and highly suggest it if you can stand a 3 hour flight for the benefits of actually being able to travel more!
Fronteer: Kids FLY FREE up to 12! Well, ok wait a second. Such a great deal besides it is very specific times and places that they can fly. Still been worth it for us as we have used it a few times now! There is a $50.00 bucks annual fee you have to pay but that pays itself off... We just booked or first flight in Feb. will let you know how it goes! Will update this paragraph !
Scotts Cheap Flights - is A new website we've heard about lately! We just booked our first flight and saved thousands of dollars. But because this is our first experience I thought I would have our friend that shared about it with us write all about it HERE ! We always are looking for the next best deal- share your tricks below to help others! Thanks so much!
